Michelle Wolfson
Michelle Wolfson is a retired chef turned hobby beekeeper. She’s a passionate teacher sharing her love of beekeeping with students of all ages. In the spring and early summer Michelle is a swarm charmer re-homing giant clusters to her apiaries. She runs natural, sustainable apiaries without the use of synthetic miticides, antibiotics or artificial feedings. Her Muskoka apiary has only wild forage and the bees have no access to commercial agriculture and it’s many herbicides and pesticides.
